Select a subscription plan
Use the Medicar app as a fleet maintenance tracker and a way to manage multiple company cars. A business subscription covers as many vehicles as necessary. If you’re managing 2-25 vehicles, pay just $45.99 / month or the discounted annual rate of $499. For business owners managing 25-50 vehicles, you’ll pay $99.99 / month or a discounted $1099.99 / annual. If you’re managing 50-100 vehicles you’ll pay $199.99 or a discounted annual rate of $1799.99

Make payment
Select a monthly or annual subscription via the app’s home screen and choose a secure payment option (such as Apple Pay or Google Pay), to make the payment.

Add your vehicles to the app
On the home screen of the Medicar app, click on ‘Add vehicle’. Enter in your rego number and upload photos of your car. You can also upload documents such as insurance policies, warranties and rego papers.

Assign and share vehicles to your drivers
When a new driver starts using your company car, you can assign them the car’s Medicar profile. They will have access to all the car’s documentation they may need. For example, insurance, rego and roadside assistance. This will improve your efficiency and time management.

Set car care reminders
One of the most useful functions of the Medicar app is the reminders – opt in to be alerted if a car in your fleet has any renewal and car service maintenance.

Book appointments
Search or add your regular mechanic or service centre to the app, or find one near you from our comprehensive directory. Contact them to make appointments via the app.
